Step-by-Step Guide to Scheduling Your Laundry Pickup

  1. Enter Your Pickup Details
    • Select the Date and Time of your pick up below
    • Provide your address
    • Add any special instructions (e.g., “Please ring the bell” )
  2. Choose Your Service Options
    • Specify additional preferences like hypoallergenic detergent or delicate handling.
  3. Confirm Your Order
    • Review the details and confirm your pickup request.
    • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your appointment has been confirmed.
  4. Prepare Your Laundry
    • Place your laundry in a Large Trash or Laundry Bag. ( We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FORM OF LAUNDRY HAMPER )
    • Leave it in the designated pickup spot at the scheduled time.
  5. Order Status
    • Receive an email or text confirming your delivery time and Date ( 24 -48 hrs from pick up time )
  6. Enjoy Hassle-Free Delivery
    • Your clean laundry will be delivered back to your doorstep, folded and ready to put away!
